Synthetic Forge Automation LLC is a Texas-based engineering firm founded in 2025. We exist to solve the problem that most integrators and manufacturers won't touch: the custom, the specialized, the one-off.
When a project is too specific for a catalog part, too small for a systems integrator, or too technical for a generalist shop — that's where we work. We combine design and manufacturing expertise under one roof so you don't have to coordinate multiple vendors to get one fixture built.
What Drives Us
Practical over theoretical. We design parts that work in real environments, not just in CAD. Every design goes through manufacturing and testing because we control both ends.
Speed is a feature. A prototype that arrives in days changes the trajectory of a project. We've seen it enough times to build our process around it.
Iterative by default. Design, test, refine, repeat. We don't hand you a final design and disappear — we iterate until the part works in your application.
